Pricing Specialist EMEA

About the role

We are seeking an independent, analytical Pricing Specialist to join the EMEA Pricing team at allnex. You will ensure accurate customer billing, maintain pricing data in SAP, and support cross‑functional stakeholders across a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate pricing data within the SAP ERP system to guarantee consistent customer and distributor pricing.
• Run SAP invoicing and order reports, verify pricing accuracy and resolve discrepancies with CSRs and the Sales team.
• Troubleshoot pricing‑related issues raised by internal stakeholders and provide timely solutions.
• Create and update work instructions, process descriptions and audit documentation for EMEA pricing.
• Prepare pricing reports and analyses for senior management and represent the Pricing team in cross‑functional meetings.
• Identify inefficiencies, lead process‑improvement initiatives and drive digital transformation through automation tools.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate and optimise pricing tools and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, logistics, IT or a related field.
• Experience in Global Business Services or a multicultural environment is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communication with global teams and customers.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP ERP for pricing and invoicing processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
