About the role

We are looking for an experienced Personnel Manager to join the Rimi Olympic Center team in Riga. The role involves leading the full HR cycle, ensuring compliance with Latvian labour law, and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR functions aligned with company values and objectives.
• Manage employee records and labour‑law compliance.
• Plan workforce needs in collaboration with department heads.
• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for various levels.
• Organise onboarding processes for new hires.
• Provide HR support to employees and managers.
• Oversee HR‑related projects and employee events.

Required profile

• Higher education in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Personnel Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Latvian labour legislation.
• People‑oriented, proactive, and highly responsible.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent Latvian language skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Experience with MS Dynamics HR management system (preferred).
