Periodic Review Officer (KYC)

About the role

Join the growing Periodic Review team at 3S Money as a Periodic Review Officer. You will focus on conducting periodic reviews of existing client KYC files, ensuring they meet current regulatory standards and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update existing client KYC files according to the latest procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information that enhances client records.
• Request missing documentation from clients and verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Screen entities and individuals using the company’s screening system.
• Identify risk‑enhancing factors, red flags, and prepare escalations to the MLRO.
• Present client cases at the Client Risk Committee when required.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and records of all reviews performed.
• Perform quality checks on periodic review cases prepared by other analysts as needed.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of KYC processes, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Independent, self‑motivated, and adaptable within a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines with a logical, structured approach to planning and decision‑making.
• Excellent time‑management skills and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
