About the role

Lindex is looking for a motivated part‑time Sales Associate to join its Akropole store in Riga. You will help create inspiring shopping moments and deliver excellent customer service in a fast‑moving fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide a memorable shopping experience.
• Support store campaigns and in‑store activities.
• Handle merchandise from receipt to presentation on the sales floor.
• Maintain a tidy, visually appealing store environment.
• Assist customers in finding products and feeling confident in their choices.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a natural talent for helping customers.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well in a team.
• Open to feedback, proactive in personal growth, and interested in digital tools.
• Completed secondary education.
• Good command of Latvian language.
