Commercial Support Specialist

About the role

Cabot Corporation is seeking a Commercial Support Specialist to provide critical support to its Americas Commercial team. You will work closely with Sales, Technical Service, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure smooth commercial processes and excellent service for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer pricing, rebate, and commission processes, maintaining accurate records and timely updates.
• Communicate approved price changes to customers and keep historical pricing information.
• Coordinate customer account setup in CRM systems, including payment terms and credit limits.
• Support distributor evaluation, contract administration, and maintain distributor records.
• Process and coordinate customer sample requests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist Technical Service teams with product specifications and inquiries.
• Maintain customer and vendor documentation, ensuring accessibility and up‑to‑date information.
• Support Accounts Receivable by tracking and resolving payment issues.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance, opportunities, and new product introductions.
• Monitor market trends and help identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in commercial support, sales support, customer service, or business operations.
• Experience working in a multinational organization is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
• Customer‑focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
