Partnership & Local Support Unit Manager

About the role

As a Partnership & Local Support Unit Manager at Luminor, you will drive the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with local banking partners across the Baltic region. You will ensure partners receive high‑quality support, training, and sales enablement to grow retail banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Luminor’s strategy into actionable plans and monitor team performance.
• Organise teamwork to deliver timely partner service, meeting SLA targets and satisfaction goals.
• Drive sales of banking products and support profitable retail banking growth.
• Prepare and present lending cases (MEMOs) with high quality standards.
• Plan and participate in partner events, local initiatives and market trend analyses.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams on sales projects.
• Oversee customer‑service network projects, ensuring delivery on time and budget.
• Maintain data quality, documentation and compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
• Represent Luminor externally and perform leadership tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, sales support or customer service within the financial industry.
• Understanding of retail banking and the real‑estate market.
• 1–2 years of people‑management experience with strong coaching abilities.
• Proven performance‑management and people‑development track record.
• Excellent planning, prioritisation and project‑management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Fluent English and Latvian (spoken and written) for pan‑Baltic collaboration.
• Experience in real‑estate or mortgage sectors is a plus.
