About the role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our call centre team. The role focuses on selling insurance products to new and existing customers, providing high‑quality service using modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new and existing AAS BALTA clients via phone.
• Close insurance contracts and ensure proper documentation.
• Deliver quality customer service leveraging digital tools.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong command of Latvian language.
• Completed at least secondary education.
• Goal‑oriented, persistent and eager to develop sales techniques.

Required skills

• Effective telephone communication.
• Basic computer literacy for using call‑centre software.

What we offer

• Base salary starting from €1,000 gross per month plus commissions, with average earnings up to €2,500 gross.
• Work hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm on weekdays.
