About the role

You will inspire customers to create stylish interiors with IKEA products, focusing on the children’s department. This part‑time position involves guiding shoppers, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring the store always looks fresh.

Key responsibilities

• Approach customers proactively, advise on the best solutions and share product knowledge.
• Participate actively in the sales process and daily store operations.
• Replenish stock in the sales area, including work at height.
• Keep the store presentation immaculate and ready for customers each day.

Required profile

• Retail customer‑service experience is a plus.
• Interest in home furnishing and interior design.
• Strong communication skills and high service quality.
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
• Energetic, solution‑oriented team player.
• Good computer skills for using IKEA planning tools and order system.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays (09:00‑21:00).
