About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our team at a busy retail location in the Rencēnu district of Riga. You will be the face of the store, ensuring each customer receives friendly and efficient service while helping to drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout their shopping experience, providing product information and recommendations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash registers.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays, according to the posted schedule.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for working in a customer‑focused environment.
• Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility for store performance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to treat every shopper as a valued guest.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy for handling cash and transactions.
• Good communication skills in Latvian; additional language abilities are a plus.
