About the role

We are looking for a motivated salesperson to join our retail team. The position works in shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 at our store located on Burtnieku iela 8. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find products and complete purchases.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves and ensure the store is tidy.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system.
• Answer product‑related questions and provide recommendations.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings.
• Basic numeracy and cash‑handling competence.
• Reliability and a customer‑focused attitude.

What we offer

• Gross monthly salary between 1 100 € and 1 150 €.
• Shift work with defined hours from 08:00 to 22:00.
