Outbound Insurance Sales Agent (Swedish & English)

About the role

We are seeking a Swedish‑speaking sales professional to join our outbound insurance project. You will call existing customers with outstanding loan balances and present an insurance product that can cover the remaining debt under specific policy conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact existing B2C customers by phone and clearly explain the insurance offer.
• Assess each customer’s situation and discuss whether the product meets their needs.
• Explain benefits, costs, conditions and exclusions of the policy.
• Document conversations and outcomes according to project requirements.
• Follow all applicable rules for insurance distribution, customer consent and data protection.

Required profile

• Fluent in Swedish and good working English.
• Experience in outbound sales, banking or insurance.
• Possess the qualifications required to offer and arrange insurance in the Swedish market, with evidence of training, registration or authorisation.
• Responsible, customer‑focused approach to sales and confident on the phone.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
