Operations Specialist – Fleet Management

About the role

The Operations Specialist will manage the day‑to‑day operations of Bolt Drive’s fleet in Latvia. You will ensure vehicles are available, safe, clean and well‑maintained while delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a fleet of approximately 1,300 vehicles, maximizing availability and minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate maintenance, inspections, repairs, cleaning, tyre changes, towing and other operational activities.
• Build and manage relationships with external partners such as repair shops, dealerships and towing providers.
• Monitor fleet‑related expenses, review invoices and identify cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Analyse operational data, track key performance metrics and drive process improvements through data‑driven decisions and automation.
• Support the Operations Manager with planning, market growth initiatives and cross‑functional collaboration with Operations, Finance, Legal and Customer Support teams.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in operations, fleet management, logistics, mobility, automotive, rental or car‑sharing environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
