Order Fulfilment Specialist

About the role

The Order Fulfilment Specialist converts sales orders into delivery instructions, supporting monthly sales volumes exceeding €100 M. The role optimises the order‑to‑cash process, manages delivery creation and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to meet service‑level and cost‑efficiency targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create sales deliveries on time to meet customer requirements and support 3PL warehouse KPIs.
• Analyse stock availability and sales orders to build efficient full‑truck loads and reduce transport costs.
• Monitor inbound and outbound flows to identify shortages, backlogs and delays, especially at month‑end.
• Act as point of contact and troubleshooter for delivery, stock and order issues.
• Maintain high‑quality SAP data through regular checks and corrections.
• Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Support returns management and follow up on claims.
• Create and analyse regular and ad‑hoc reports (service level, backlog, TAT, transport costs).

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in supply‑chain or order‑fulfilment roles, or a related degree.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for communication across Europe.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP or S/4HANA.
