Online Campaigns Junior Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an Online Campaigns Junior Executive (fixed‑term contract) to support our growing business and evolving customer needs. In this role you’ll turn strategy into action and deliver data‑driven campaigns that engage customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted CRM campaigns aligned with campaign calendars and customer lifecycle stages.
• Set up and manage automated customer journeys using CRM tools, troubleshooting and optimizing flows.
• Create and manage bonus offers that support campaign goals and drive engagement.
• Monitor campaign metrics such as CTR, conversion rates and bonus cost, using insights to refine content and strategy.
• Conduct regular QA checks to ensure campaigns meet guidelines and run error‑free.
• Coordinate with customer support to keep them informed about live campaigns and resolve related inquiries.
• Stay up‑to‑date with CRM trends, competitor activities and best practices, proposing improvements.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail.
• Data‑driven mindset with confidence in making decisions based on performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Fluent in Latvian and English; Russian is an advantage.
• Previous experience with multi‑channel digital campaigns and CRM platforms is a plus.
