Offer Manager Baltics

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer Manager to lead the Industrial Automation and Digital Power portfolio across the Baltic region. You will shape the offer strategy, guide the product lifecycle, and work closely with sales, partners and customers to drive growth and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for Industrial Automation and Digital Power in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging trends.
• Manage the portfolio from launch through growth, optimisation and phase‑out.
• Collaborate with sales teams, system integrators, consultants and OEMs to create value propositions and go‑to‑market plans.
• Monitor competitor activity, technology trends and translate insights into business opportunities.
• Support business planning with market analysis, performance monitoring and forecasting.
• Provide high‑quality offer information and sales enablement materials.
• Promote knowledge sharing and capability development across local teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Business or related field.
• Experience in business development, marketing, sales or offer management.
• Proven ability to work with customers, partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and willingness to travel across the Baltics.
