.NET Full-stack Developer with Next.js

About the role

We are introducing Next.js to our development landscape and need a senior engineer to lead the adoption across our digital services unit. You will mentor teammates, promote best practices, and help deliver modern web experiences for millions of Nordic insurance customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Next.js, coaching and supporting team members.
• Design and build web applications and Azure‑hosted APIs.
• Develop backend services using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC and Web API.
• Implement front‑end features with JavaScript, React, Next.js, TypeScript and Razor.
• Integrate test automation and continuous integration into the workflow.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and user stories.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and knowledge‑sharing activities.

Required profile

• Multiple years of senior‑level software development experience.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively in an English‑speaking, distributed team.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable with code reviews and pair programming.
