IAM Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IAM Engineer to design, implement and operate identity and access management services for our global enterprise environment. You will support our digital transformation and Zero Trust journey while ensuring secure, scalable and user‑friendly access solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer and operate Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Hybrid Identity services.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Manage and enhance modern access management capabilities, including SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Passwordless Authentication, and External Identities.
• Support IAM integrations across Microsoft 365, enterprise applications, and infrastructure platforms.
• Automate IAM processes and troubleshoot complex identity‑related issues.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Several years of experience with Identity & Access Management and Microsoft Identity technologies.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and Hybrid Identity.
• Experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and modern authentication methods.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles and identity security concepts.
• Experience with IAM integrations and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
