About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Director to lead the commercial real estate portfolio of a growing group of companies. The role focuses on increasing portfolio profitability through active tenant management, development of new commercial products and sales oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the leasing business and improve occupancy rates of properties.
• Identify and attract tenants, including large corporate clients.
• Conduct negotiations and finalize lease agreements.
• Set and adjust pricing policies.
• Launch new commercial formats such as storage facilities and parking.
• Manage the sales funnel, monitor KPI performance and ensure targets are met.
• Perform market and competitor analysis.
• Prepare regular reports on key commercial indicators.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial real estate, leasing, property management or B2B sales.
• Track record of closing deals and achieving commercial targets.
• Strong negotiation and sales abilities.
• Comfortable working with numbers, sales funnels and KPI metrics.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Willingness to work actively in the field – meetings, property viewings and tenant negotiations.
• Fluent in Russian, Latvian and English at a level sufficient for business negotiations.
