About the role

This position involves providing essential nursing support within the operating block, assisting physicians during surgical procedures and ensuring optimal preparation of patients and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute medical procedures as directed by the physician.
• Prepare patients for both acute and scheduled surgeries.
• Set up the operating environment and surgical equipment.
• Assist the surgeon throughout the operation.
• Assess the patient care process and evaluate outcomes.

Required profile

• Formal education in nursing.
• Registration in the medical personnel register.
• Previous experience in a surgical or operating‑room setting is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, react quickly, and work effectively in emergencies.
• Proficiency in the state language.
• Strong communication skills, precision, and a high sense of responsibility.

What we offer

• Shift options: 8‑hour or 24‑hour rotations.
• Base hourly rate of €8.77 gross.
