Marketing Specialist (Sales Promotion Department)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Sales Promotion department. You will be responsible for planning product placements, creating planograms for weekly promotions, and supporting various marketing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan additional product placements, select items and develop planograms for weekly promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and align product volumes in additional placements.
• Participate in organizing and planning diverse marketing projects.
• Coordinate information between different company units.
• Collect and analyse challenges, propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Higher education (or incomplete) in marketing, economics or business.
• Practical experience in marketing, sales or category management.
• Good knowledge of the local retail market.
• Interest in promotional offers and sales.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, high sense of responsibility.
• Motivated, proactive personality with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Very good MS Excel skills.
