Marketing Coordinator – Gaming Brands Distribution

About the role

ASBIS is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives for gaming brands across the EMEA region. You will work closely with internal teams, vendors, retail partners and agencies to ensure consistent and impactful go‑to‑market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support go‑to‑market activities for gaming products, including launch campaigns and promotions across EMEA.
• Coordinate with ASBIS marketing teams, retail partners, and vendor marketing departments to align plans, messaging, and timelines.
• Manage communication with vendors, retail partners, and agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee development and production of marketing materials in line with brand and vendor guidelines.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to align initiatives with commercial priorities.
• Monitor in‑store and online brand presence, ensuring adherence to marketing standards.
• Support trade marketing activities such as promotions, sell‑out initiatives, and joint campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing, preferably in IT, consumer electronics, or gaming distribution.
• Strong understanding of retail and channel marketing dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Experience with marketing tools, reporting, and campaign tracking.
