Marketing Activation Graduate Program (12‑month internship)

About the role

Join L'Oréal’s Marketing Activation Graduate Program, a 12‑month internship where you will work on product launches, in‑store campaigns and e‑retail projects across the Baltic region. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports brand performance and learns from senior marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a full‑cycle marketing project (launch, campaign, e‑retail development) from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with internal L'Oréal teams and external partners in Latvia, Poland, Estonia and Lithuania.
• Analyse market and sales data using MS Excel and internal tools to assess project performance.
• Support business development activities and ensure strong brand presence.
• Track and report on project KPIs and present results at mid‑year and end‑year reviews.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Creative, proactive and well‑organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Latvian and English (minimum B2).
