Manual QA Engineer

About the role

Ubiquiti is looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join its global development team. You will be responsible for ensuring that web and mobile applications meet quality standards before release, working closely with developers and product owners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and lead manual testing initiatives for new releases.
• Analyse project documentation, release notes and other artifacts to create or update test scenarios.
• Execute functional, regression, smoke, stress and ad‑hoc manual tests.
• Log defects in tracking tools and collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain test documentation in TestRail or similar tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience testing modern web and mobile applications.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (Internet, Wi‑Fi, VLAN, firewall, VPN).
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking and documentation.
