Manager – Process Excellence

About the role

The Manager – Process Excellence will drive end‑to‑end process strategy, design and optimisation across finance functions (Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, and Analyse‑to‑Report). Reporting to the Director of Process Architecture, the role works within the Transformation Management Office to shape scalable, business‑led process transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current‑state finance processes, identify pain points and improvement opportunities, and align recommendations with corporate objectives.
• Develop and prioritise a roadmap of structural, operational and technology‑enabled process improvements.
• Define end‑to‑end process requirements, controls, handoffs, governance and operating framework across multiple systems.
• Lead workshops, conduct current‑state analysis, design future‑state processes and produce functional design artefacts.
• Ensure process designs incorporate compliance, controls and sustainable execution practices.
• Establish standards and governance to support consistency, transparency and scalability.
• Collaborate with global technology teams, subject‑matter experts and senior finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong finance acumen with experience in R2R, P2P or A2R processes.
• Proven expertise in process analysis, design and continuous improvement.
• Ability to translate business strategy into actionable process roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Understanding of enabling technologies that support finance process automation.
