About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Logistics Specialist to oversee daily logistics operations for construction projects across Latvia. The role involves managing material flow, transport, and site logistics while ensuring compliance and supporting project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage all logistics operations, including material storage, transportation and delivery.
• Coordinate and optimise the full order cycle from supplier delivery to construction site.
• Organise delivery schedules, traffic flow and material storage at construction sites.
• Analyse logistics metrics, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain communication with suppliers, manufacturers and carriers, handling negotiations as needed.
• Plan material picking routes and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or theft and act as the main contact for site traffic‑organisation plans.
• Support the construction project manager in daily logistics planning and execution.

Required profile

• Higher education preferred.
• At least 3 years experience in road or linear construction projects.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a logistics specialist, coordinator or site engineer.
• Excellent Latvian language skills and English at B2 level (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel frequently across Latvia.
• Ability to adapt to changing project phases and priorities.
• Strong organisational skills, resource management and deadline orientation.
• In‑depth knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
• Category B driving licence.
