Local Key Account Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Local Key Account Manager to drive sales growth and profitability across key accounts in the Baltic region. The role will involve close collaboration with distributors and internal teams to execute commercial strategies and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth, market share, distribution and profitability within assigned local key accounts and distributor territories.
• Lead annual joint business planning processes with distributors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, promotional activities, pricing and trade terms with customers.
• Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Forecast sales volumes, support demand planning and ensure product availability.

Required profile

• University degree with 3‑5 years of sales experience in FMCG or retail.
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of local retail business.
• Excellent English communication and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities and willingness to travel across the Baltic region.
