About the role

Are you passionate about football and interested in building something of your own? Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for a License Owner to launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Riga. The role involves creating a local football community, managing operations, and delivering an outstanding player experience through the Stranger Soccer platform.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Riga.
• Build and manage a local team, including staff and Official Hosts.
• Secure suitable football venues.
• Drive marketing and customer acquisition to grow the player community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Work closely with the Singapore HQ, supported by operations and technology teams.

Required profile

• A passion for football and involvement in the local football community.
• Experience in management, operations, or customer service.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a business.
• The ability to take ownership and grow the Stranger Soccer brand locally.
• Strong drive, resilience, and a results‑oriented attitude.
