Sales Assistant – Support Sales Director in Scanning Tech

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Assistant to become the right hand of our Sales Director. You will support daily sales activities, keep records up‑to‑date and help prepare offers, presentations and exhibition materials. This position offers a clear path towards a future sales or marketing role within a fast‑growing engineering company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain client, company and deal records in the CRM, plan follow‑up tasks and verify leads.
• Prepare and organise project documentation, offers and company presentations.
• Coordinate materials, announcements, logistics and post‑event lead handover for industry exhibitions.
• Manage marketing channels such as LinkedIn posts, website updates and other social media content.
• Assist the Sales Director with daily planning, internal communication and other sales‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (or a completed internship).
• Good written and spoken English and conversational Latvian.
• Willingness to learn and use a CRM system and office tools on a daily basis.
• Category B driving licence for client visits and exhibition travel.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riga and travel to 1–3 industry exhibitions per year in Europe or the US.

Required skills

• Experience with a CRM system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with AI tools and strong digital skills.
