About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to promote and sell conference, event and group services for Radisson Blu Latvija Conference & Spa Hotel and Radisson Blu Elizabete Hotel. You will work closely with corporate clients and partners to drive revenue in both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell hotel conference, event and group services in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.
• Plan and execute sales activities, identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with companies, agencies, associations and event organizers.
• Represent the hotel at exhibitions, client visits and other sales‑related events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in active B2B sales.
• Hospitality or conference/event/group sales experience is a plus.
• Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Strong communication, persuasion, initiative, result‑orientation and high sense of responsibility.
• Proactive in acquiring new clients and building lasting partnerships.
• Good computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
