Konditor (Baker / Pastry Chef)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Konditor to join our bakery team. The position works a fixed shift from 05:00 to 15:00 and offers a gross salary of 1,000 €.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and breads according to established recipes.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and report any shortages.
• Ensure finished products meet quality and presentation standards.

Required profile

• Experience in a bakery or pastry production environment.
• Ability to start work early in the morning and work the full shift.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

Required skills

• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
• Ability to operate ovens, mixers and other bakery equipment.
