About the role

We are looking for a reliable Gas Compressor Operator to join our team at the underground gas storage facility. The role involves operating, maintaining and repairing gas motor compressors and related equipment on a shift basis.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, service and repair gas motor compressors, turbine‑type gas pressure boosting units and gas preparation stations.
• Provide shift hand‑over information to the next crew.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and verify correct operating parameters.
• Record observations, defects and maintenance actions in the shift log.

Required profile

• Technical or technical‑specialist vocational school education.
• Proficiency in the state language (B2 level) and basic English skills.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stress resistance in critical situations and willingness to work shift schedules.
• Basic computer and office equipment skills.

Required skills

• Operation of gas motor compressors.
• Maintenance of turbine‑type gas boosting units.
• Repair of gas preparation stations.
• Computer usage for logging and reporting.
