About the role

Swedbank is looking for a Client Consultant to join its Aizkraukle branch. You will become an expert on the bank’s digital solutions and help customers use them effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client calls and provide timely support.
• Execute bank operations, including remote signing and termination of contracts.
• Educate customers on a range of services, such as retirement welfare planning and troubleshooting internet banking access.
• Work in shift schedules at the Aizkraukle office.

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Good Latvian language skills and conversational English.
• Willingness to learn, high sense of responsibility and strong communication abilities.
