About the role

Swedbank is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Services team in either Daugavpils or Rēzekne. You will act as a trusted partner for small and medium‑size enterprises, helping them make informed financial decisions and grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate banking clients in the SME segment.
• Attract new customers and expand the portfolio.
• Advise clients on financing options and everyday banking products.
• Support clients in using Swedbank solutions efficiently.
• Assess financing requests and represent them before credit institutions.
• Continuously improve professional knowledge and acquire new skills.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a client‑facing role dealing with financing or banking products.
• Practical experience in corporate financial analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with existing and new portfolio clients.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from internal and external resources.
• Good Latvian and English communication skills.
• Category B driving licence.
