About the role

We are looking for a friendly, responsive, and reliable colleague to join the Anti‑Aging Institute branch of Veselības centrs 4. The role involves direct interaction with clients, both in person and over the phone, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at our health centre.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and register clients upon arrival.
• Schedule appointments with specialists and arrange examinations.
• Process payments and manage settlement systems.
• Coordinate incoming telephone calls.
• Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, pricing, and related queries.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Comfort with handling varied customer‑service challenges.
• Very good command of the Latvian language.
