Key Account Manager – Latvia

About the role

Celltrion is establishing its first operations in Latvia and is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead the launch of its biopharmaceutical portfolio. The role will involve building relationships with healthcare providers, KOLs and other stakeholders to drive market entry and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute account plans and identify new business opportunities in the Latvian market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, healthcare professionals and industry experts.
• Deliver product presentations and scientific discussions to healthcare audiences.
• Monitor competitor activities and leverage market insights to support business growth.
• Utilize digital tools and communication channels to maximize customer engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• University degree in a related field.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Customer‑focused with strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
