About the role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support peak‑season hiring at our Printful fulfillment centre. This fixed‑term position runs until December 2026 and is part of a dynamic European Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full‑cycle recruitment for the Printful fulfillment centre.
• Partner with hiring managers to source, attract, and recruit talent.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers through accurate forecasting and prioritisation.

Required profile

• Strong people and communication skills.
• Precision, a strong sense of responsibility and a systematic work approach.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent English and Latvian (written and spoken).
• Recruitment experience is an advantage.
