HR Business Partner – Operations

About the role

Evolution Latvia is looking for an HR Business Partner for Operations. The role provides comprehensive HR support, strengthens organisational culture and helps managers make effective decisions and lead their teams. It is based in Riga and is full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main HR contact for Operations, supporting managers and enabling effective decisions
• Support employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives
• Ensure quality delivery of the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, off-boarding) and improve the processes
• Advise managers on labour law and employee relations, manage complex cases and ensure compliance with regulations
• Analyse HR data, identify risks and work with management on workforce planning and retention
• Collaborate with HR teams and support recruitment for key roles when needed
• Coach managers in people management and leadership
• Lead and coordinate employee relations cases, document them properly and recommend ways to mitigate risks
• Contribute to HR process improvement and cross-functional projects

Required profile

• Higher education in HR or a similar field
• 2–3 years of experience in HR or a people-related role, preferably with managerial experience
• Experience in Operations
• Knowledge of the labour market and labour law
• Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English
• Advanced computer literacy
