Junior IT / EDI Specialist

About the role

Join KRONUS as a Junior IT / EDI Specialist and support the company’s electronic data interchange and business applications. This position is ideal for a final‑year student or recent graduate looking to develop expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support EDI processes with customers, partners, and service providers.
• Monitor EDI transactions, investigate issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide first‑line support for Microsoft Dynamics AX, Bitrix24, and SharePoint, assisting users with day‑to‑day requests.
• Participate in onboarding new customers, business partners, and system integrations.
• Create and maintain clear process documentation, user guides, and support procedures.

Required profile

• Higher education completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Strong interest in IT systems, business applications, and process improvement.
• Fluency in English and Latvian.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Motivation to learn new systems quickly and grow within a broader business‑systems role.
