Junior Consultant in HR Administration

About the role

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a Junior Consultant in HR Administration to join the HR Administration Germany team within the HR Administration Europe group, which provides operational HR support to Circle K employees, managers and internal stakeholders across 12 European countries. The position is based in Riga, Latvia, on a temporary basis of 1.5 years.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and process Employee Data Management and Organizational Management requests in the global HRIS, Workday
• Perform master and payroll data quality assurance controls
• Handle incoming requests in the global Customer Service Management System, ServiceNow

Required profile

• Higher education degree or final-year student
• Fluent English, written and spoken, to communicate with colleagues across Europe
• German language skills are an advantage
• Valid EU/EEA work permit; relocation assistance is not provided

Required skills

• Very good computer skills (MS Office)
• Analytical mindset, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
