Senior HR Specialist - Total Rewards & Performance Management

About the role

Biomapas is looking for a Senior HR Specialist (Total Rewards & Performance Management) to join its international team in Lithuania, Poland, Bulgaria, Spain or Latvia. The specialist owns the performance management cycle and the compensation and benefits processes, working closely with managers, Finance, Talent Acquisition and other business stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce and compensation data, consistent application of HR policies and support for salary reviews, budgeting and forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the performance management cycle: planning, communication, system setup, timelines, reporting, calibration coordination and manager support
• Administer compensation and benefits, including health insurance, allowances, reward and recognition programmes and bonus data preparation and validation
• Maintain salary ranges and grade maps, and support the annual salary review with data accuracy and collaboration with managers and Finance
• Maintain accurate salary files and ensure consistency between HRIS, payroll and Finance records
• Prepare HR reports and collaborate with Finance and operations on budget preparation, salary forecasting and HR data reconciliation
• Act as a trusted advisor on compensation matters and as the main contact for organizational structure management, keeping FTE records and org charts aligned with approved changes

Required profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a global or fast-growing environment
• Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Fluent in local and English languages
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
