About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team in Ventspils. The role focuses on acquiring new customers and providing high‑quality insurance advice, both in‑person and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Actively approach potential clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Provide professional consultations on insurance products.
• Prepare tailored insurance proposals that encourage repeat business.
• Travel to client locations as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent command of the Latvian language.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take the first step toward clients.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel.
• At least a secondary (medium) level of general education.
