Therapy Area Representative – Field Sales

About the role

The Therapy Area Representative supports country and therapeutic area functions by executing in‑field tactics for priority brands within a defined territory. The role focuses on high‑quality stakeholder engagement, proactive planning, and delivering field performance objectives in line with Novartis policies.

Key responsibilities

• Segment external stakeholders, use tailored promotional content, and follow data‑driven call plans.
• Deliver compliant product promotion using approved messages and digital tools such as OnCore and Veeva.
• Own territory and account planning, develop Key Account Plans, and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide field insights to shape brand tactics, campaigns, and engagement plans.

Required profile

• Accountability and commercial excellence with a focus on revenue growth.
• Strong customer engagement and key‑account management skills.
• Professional ethics and ability to work collaboratively across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva).
• Experience using digital engagement tools such as OnCore.

What we offer

• Base salary between 40,000 € and 58,000 € gross annually.
