IT Business Analyst – Early Career

About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to capture, clarify, and translate requirements into actionable specifications for software projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject‑matter experts to gather high‑level and detailed requirements.
• Produce use cases, user stories, wireframes, and other documentation to guide development and testing.
• Support the delivery team by answering clarification questions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve requirements‑gathering and collaboration processes.
• Participate in backlog estimation, sprint planning, and scope definition.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, functional designer, systems analyst or product owner.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• EU work permit and availability to start within 1‑3 months.

Required skills

• Experience with large‑scale software implementation projects (advantage).
• Familiarity with Change Management, LEAN or Design Thinking methodologies (advantage).
• Knowledge of cross‑platform integration concepts (advantage).
