Intern - Fuel Accounts Payable Team

About the role

Circle K Business Centre is looking for a student to join its Finance team in Riga as an intern in the Fuel Accounts Payable Team. This is a temporary position lasting 6 months, based in Riga, Latvia. Candidates must hold a valid EU/EEA work permit; relocation assistance is not provided.

Key responsibilities

• Support fuel invoice processing and match invoices with purchase orders
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and accounting-related issues
• Take part in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations
• Gain practical insight into Fuel Accounting processes
• Collaborate with experienced colleagues across the Finance team

Required profile

• Student in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
• Interest in building a career in Finance and Accounting
• Fluency in English and Latvian, written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and a proactive approach
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools
