Integration Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

AppXite is looking for a dedicated Integration Support Specialist to assist its largest global customers. Working fully remotely and aligned with EMEA hours, you will ensure seamless API, database, and platform connectivity for a digital marketplace serving Telco, SaaS, Cloud, and AI services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for API integrations, database connectivity, and data exchange between systems.
• Investigate and resolve integration failures, API errors, and data inconsistencies by analyzing logs, API responses, and database records.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries to diagnose issues, extract data, and support integration workflows.
• Test RESTful endpoints and webhooks, interpret payloads, and debug authentication/authorization problems (OAuth, API keys).
• Scope integration issues, reproduce problems, and involve engineering teams as needed.
• Support and maintain integrations with Microsoft Cloud technologies and third‑party systems.
• Act as a customer advocate, documenting patterns, known issues, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Empower customers to configure connections and self‑solve common integration challenges.

Required profile

• Previous experience in technical or integration support within IT.
• Strong SQL expertise, preferably with MS SQL, including complex query writing and data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with RESTful APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and webhook handling.
• Ability to analyze logs, API responses, and database records to pinpoint issues.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer‑focused attitude.
