About the role

Join SEB as a Daily Services Consultant, supporting private‑individual clients across the Baltic region with tailored financial solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers make decisions that improve their financial wellbeing today and in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries about financial solutions and bank products.
• Identify client needs and recommend the most suitable banking services.
• Maintain proactive, targeted communication to drive excellent product sales.
• Interact with customers through face‑to‑face meetings, video consultations, chat, and phone calls.
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve non‑standard client situations.

Required profile

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Proven sales and conversation‑driving capabilities.
• Experience in client service, preferably within banking.
• Excellent Latvian language skills; English is a plus for serving non‑resident clients.
• Eagerness to learn and acquire new competencies.
