About the role

Storent is looking for an Implementation Project Manager to lead the rollout of its Intelligent Rental Management System (iRMS) across newly acquired companies and digital partners. This hands‑on position will own the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to go‑live and post‑implementation stabilization, in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor iRMS implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely go‑live and stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into system configurations, data migration plans, and test scenarios.
• Coordinate system configuration, data migration, testing, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with development, support, data analytics and other internal teams to allocate resources and resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings, status updates, user training sessions, and provide go‑live support.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Oversee multiple concurrent implementations, ensuring deadlines and resource commitments are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience delivering IT or ERP system implementation projects.
• Strong project‑management, people‑leadership and organisational abilities.
• Proven ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience in requirements gathering, testing and go‑live support.
• Ability to handle stress, make decisive decisions and take responsibility.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including trips to the United States.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment.
