About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist / Estimator to join the KVĒLE team, a company specialized in energy construction and electrical network design. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle for large energy projects and supporting cost estimation activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor public procurement platforms of the state, municipalities and major energy companies, analysing tenders and qualification requirements.
• Conduct full procurement processes from documentation and qualification selection to commercial evaluation and contract signing.
• Identify market opportunities in the Baltic region and source new material manufacturers and subcontractors, evaluating price, payment terms and delivery schedules.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for energy construction projects such as power lines, substations, cable and aerial lines, and renewable park connections.
• Prepare and issue material, equipment and subcontractor price requests and perform comparative analysis of received offers.

Required profile

• Completed secondary or higher education, preferably in a technical or economic field.
• Analytical mindset, high precision and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently, organise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and external partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word.
• Experience using AutoCAD for technical documentation.
