About the role

Averto is looking for a proactive Procurement Manager who goes beyond simple price comparison and order processing. The role involves strategic sourcing, negotiation, risk assessment, and contributing to product assortment development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organise procurement activities with local and international suppliers.
• Lead negotiations on price, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Analyse supplier offers and cost structures.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new ones.
• Coordinate deliveries, transport and inventory replenishment.
• Participate in assortment development and introduction of new products.
• Monitor delivery deadlines, KPIs and potential risks.
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales and e‑commerce teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement.
• Strong negotiation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility.
• Good command of Latvian and solid English skills.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
