About the role

We are looking for a motivated Equipment Mechanic to join the new wood‑fuel plant in Kroņauce. The role involves ensuring the smooth, safe and continuous operation of all production machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the technical condition of production equipment and mechanisms, performing routine maintenance and repairs.
• Detect and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, replace damaged parts, and adjust or repair machinery as needed.
• Participate in the installation, assembly and technical adjustment of new equipment.
• Track the availability of spare parts and technical materials.
• When maintenance tasks are not required, support the production process and perform other plant‑related duties.
• Maintain an orderly workplace, tools and technical equipment.
• Adhere to occupational safety, fire safety and equipment operation regulations.

Required profile

• Technical education with practical experience as a mechanic, repair technician or in a similar role.
• Understanding of the operating principles of production equipment and mechanisms.
• Ability to diagnose faults and independently carry out necessary repairs.
• Technical thinking, precision and quick problem‑solving skills.
• Responsible attitude toward work and entrusted tools.
• Willingness to take part in other plant activities.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
